Our Mission

At Anatomy Physical Fitness, our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their optimal health and fitness through a deep understanding of human anatomy, personalized training programs, and comprehensive wellness guidance. I started seeing Nick in July of 2023. My boyfriend has trained with Leo for years, so he recommended Nick to me. What made me want to workout in the first place was that I was diagnosed with brain cancer in August of 2021. I had 2 brain surgeries, radiation, and finished chemotherapy in February of 2023. At my lowest, I was about 85 pounds, when I used to weigh 135. My muscles were gone and I was having problems completing simple daily tasks because everything was exhausting. I was nervous about working out at first because I knew I was very weak and didn’t think I could do it. I was also nervous that people were going to judge me. Fortunately, that view changed after my first session with Nick. He was very understanding and accommodating to my situation. He started my training out very light and gradually built it up as I became more comfortable. He created a great full-body training plan to get my body back to where it used to be. Now, I’m at 123 pounds and have never been so confident with my body in my entire life. I actually enjoy going to the gym, which I never thought I’d say. I’m definitely going to continue working out with Nick so I can get into even better shape than I was before my diagnosis. Overall, Nick and Leo are very knowledgeable and are some of the nicest guys I know. I highly recommend them both!
