The first time I attended a training with Kevin I had just completed my first marathon. I thought I was in the best shape of my life, and just wanted to try something different. It took me only 20 minutes into my first workout to quickly realize my lack of core and upper body strength with very little high-intensity endurance. After only twelve weeks of attending sessions with Kevin, my entire body was stronger and more toned and I was able to decrease my average mile by 1.5 minutes. Two years later, I can testify that his workouts are never boring, I have never had the same workout twice, and they have improved my strength and stamina not only physically but also mentally. As a mother of three with a full-time job, Kevin remains flexible with my schedule and allows me to plan workouts week to week.
I give my heartiest recommendations to my trainer of four years Kevin Laird. I engaged a trainer after looking over the amount of time and money I was spending on workouts. Much of the time and money I was spending working out on my own was not giving me the result I wanted. I donʼt mind spending money on health. But I hated wasting money on time on workouts that did not get results. By spending a small percentage more of what I was already spending I stopped wasting my time and money. I was able to use the knowledge and know how of someone who has spent thousands of hours in a gym.
I hold precious my time and money. I need to maximize both. By engaging a trainer I have learned to methods to ensure my workouts are getting results. I enjoy having Kevin as a trainer because he customizes the workout to match my energy level.
